Eid al-Fitr2021 will take palce on 13th of May, that is October 1st 1442AH.It is a holiday that marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan.It gradually evolved into one of the three major Islamic religious festivals

Although the date of Eid al-Fitr is always the same in the Islamic calendar, since the Islamic calendar is a lunar calendar and the Gregorian calendar is a solar calendar, the Gregorian calendar is advanced approximately 11 days a year. The date of each country depends on the local visibility of the new moon. Some foreign Muslims follow the dates established by their home country, while others follow the local dates in their country of residence.

Depending on different countries, the celebration of Eid al-Fitr will last one to three days. Fasting is prohibited on Eid al-Fitr and a special prayer event is designated for this day. As an obligatory deed of charity, money is paid to the poor and the needy.

It has distinguished by the performance of communal prayer at daybreak on its first day. And it is a time of official receptions and private visits, when friends greet one another, presents are given, new clothes are worn, and the graves of relatives are visited.The festivities in Arabic world may vary culturally depending on the region, but one common feature in all celebrations is generosity and hospitality.
